Customer Service
If you have questions,
or need assistance on any part of your session call Customer Service
at (407) 896-4400. Our Customer Service personnel will provide
answers for any questions you have regarding studio procedures,
advise you on the suitability of your preparations, and offer
detailed explanations of our products and services.
Terms
Net 30 to open
accounts. Accounts more than 30 days past due are automatically
placed on pre-pay status. We accept major credit cards. Please
include account number and expiration date when ordering by mail.
Sales tax will be charged to all shipments delivered in Florida
unless there is a signed Sales Tax Exemption Certificate on file.
When You Order
Please see our Easy
Ordering Form for more specific details. When instructions are not
given, we will use our best judgment. We will not remake a best
judgment service. If specific borders are required please state
"Border less" or "With Borders" when you order.
When reordering prints please enclose a guide print to obtain the
closest possible match.
Copyrighted Material
It is unlawful to
reproduce copyrighted material without written owner authorization.
Should you need us to reproduce another photographer's work, it is the policy of the
Butler Photography to decline to reproduce material
with a valid copyright unless it can be demonstrated that the order
is supported with a signed photographer's release and a signed model
release.
Remakes
We will produce your
work to the best of our ability based on the information and
original images we receive from you. Our best judgment will be applied
where no information is given. If you feel our work does not conform
to your instructions or the quality standards of the chosen product,
please return the original materials, original order form and the
work that we produced so we can see where we may have failed. You
will need to let us know within 10 business days of completion of
the original order.
Transmitting Files
Electronically
Butler Studio 2002 can send
digital files up to 15m. Custom made internet ready files are
available. All of the above are available 24 hours/ 7 days a week. |

Service Time
Due to the fluctuating
workloads and quantities involved, actual service times may vary.
Normal service times indicate in plant times and do not include the
time required for pick-up, delivery or shipping. We cannot be
responsible for delays in shipping by common couriers. Always
specify deadlines when absolutely required. If faster than normal
service is required, RUSH CHARGES will be added when you place your
order. These charges are specified with each product and service.
Premium rates are charged on weekends and holidays; work must be
arranged during business hours. Please call for a quotation if you
are unclear about the price of a product or service.
Pick-up/Delivery
Pick-ups and
deliveries are handled by either a scheduled routing or by call by
call basis. A $6.00 (metro area) charge will be added for a round
trip.
Limit of Liability
Submitting any
magnetic or optical storage media, film, print, slide, or negative
to this firm for printing, or other handling constitutes an
agreement by you that any damages or loss by our company ,
subsidiary or agents, even though due to the negligence or other
fault of our company, subsidiary or agents, will only entitle you to
replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing.
Except for such replacement, the acceptance of film, print, slide or
negative is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for
any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
Shipping
Our standard method of shipment is FEDEX
ground. Postage charge is $7.50 for two pounds or less. Allow one to
five days for shipment, depending on your location. Packages over
two pounds or those requiring expedited shipping will be billed at
our cost plus 10 percent. Please specify your courier preference. We
will use our best judgment to meet your deadlines when no courier
preference is indicated.
