To maintain an image of
excellence, clothing should be classic in style, clean, neatly
pressed and fit properly. Clothing should not appear too tight,
short in length, faded or in need of repair. Classic
clothing, jewelry, accessories and shoes are simple, unexaggerated
styles. A fashion classic is neither outdated nor a short-lived
fad, but a timeless, yet current, look. Classic styles form the
foundation of a versatile, coordinated wardrobe that delivers a
polished presence and supports an image of excellence.
Please bring
at least six outfits to your photo shoot. You can't bring too
much! Great pictures need interesting necklines and fabulous
colors. For example think about turtlenecks, crew necks, v necks, and
shrugs. Think about vivid colors and pastels. Think about rough denim texture
or soft fuzzy angora and everything in between! But, keep it simple...You get the picture. Don't forget that scarves are a
great accessory item for photos. Leave the hats at home.
Earrings are a good idea for women and edgy
type guys. Keep them small.
Pearls, silver hoops, gold nuggets, and diamond studs are all good
choices for the girls. Guys...it's your world! |

CD's will be sent to you by
mail the following day. Arrangements can be made to have your CD
quicker should that be the case. Rush services on prints are available
upon request. Finished prints required in less than one week are
considered rush and will be charged 100%. All proofs and prints
are ordered through the Orlando studio and are shipped two-day
FedEx for out of town clients.
After your order is returned to Butler
Studio turn around time for prints is 3-4 business days. Your
chosen images will be retouched, color balanced, desaturated and
digitally printed during the next week. As with all businesses
there are times when due to overwhelming demand we must make
adjustments to our normal delivery of service. To assure your
order is fast tracked please let us know in advance. |

When making an appointment be prepared to
make a refundable deposit of $50. Deposits
must be made to guarantee your appointment. At the time of your
photo session your balance must be paid in full. Personal checks will be taken for deposits only.
If other arrangements are necessary please call our
scheduling office. |

The photo
session team includes photographer/artist, Dennis Butler, as well as wonderful hair and make-up artists who know the look you
need. Your future goals are in good talented hands.
Your CD will be returned with the
photographer's choices clearly marked. Dennis goes through each
session's work and personally selects his favorite shots. Photographer
rights releases
will be provided when necessary. What does this mean? Your own photographer's rights
release, which you'll need if you plan on reproducing comp cards
or promotional material, is available after a discussion is
held about the parameters of usage. |
